Free Unity 2022.3 Project: SPH Fluid Simulation (Sebastian Lague)
Original title: Fluid-Sim
Overview
Fluid-Sim is Sebastian Lague's source project for the 'Coding Adventure: Simulating Fluids' video, built in Unity 2022.3 on the Built-in Render Pipeline. It implements a particle-based SPH fluid simulation in both 2D and 3D, with the simulation running on compute shaders and the particles drawn through instanced rendering.
The full project is available on GitHub as a free direct download under the MIT license. A good study piece for anyone learning compute shaders, GPU simulation or real-time fluid effects in Unity, and a rare example of a complete SPH solver that is small enough to read in one sitting.
