Free TouchDesigner Mutek 2021 Workshop: Instancing & Point Clouds

Overview

Derivative's Markus Heckmann and Isabelle Rousset, together with Tolch and Paola G. Olea, ran this TouchDesigner workshop for Mutek Buenos Aires and Barcelona in 2021 and published the files on the official TouchDesigner GitHub.

The 11 .toe files include an intro network, two PBR material setups, three progressive instancing files, three 'stars' point-cloud files and a 'napoleon' point-cloud scene, walking from materials through instancing to rendering point clouds. They are a free direct download with no license stated and no hardware requirement, though the workshop notes are in Spanish and you should check the folders to confirm the point-cloud assets are included.
