Free TouchDesigner Port of The Book of Shaders: GLSL Examples (Ragan)
Preview from the original source by Matthew Ragan

Overview

Matthew Ragan ported 'The Book of Shaders' by Patricio Gonzalez Vivo and Jen Lowe into TouchDesigner as BOS-in-TouchDesigner, built in version 099. Opening book_of_shaders_099.toe presents a UI with the list of examples, live-editable GLSL code and an info pane, and the examples are backed by 10 base .tox chapters covering shapes, color, matrices, patterns, noise, cellular noise, fbm and generative designs, all running as GLSL TOP fragment shaders.

The repository is a free direct download from GitHub under the MIT license, needs no hardware, and although it targets 099 most examples still run in current builds. The friendliest way to learn fragment shaders without leaving TouchDesigner.

What You Can Learn
