Overview
Four production-style tyFlow setups released in episode 12 of the Autodesk AREA JAPAN plugin tutorial column by Hajime Koyasu of DEFT, built in 3ds Max 2026 with tyFlow FREE 1.133 and rendered with V-Ray 7. The pack covers procedural cabling (tyFlow_Cabling_01.max), an object transition based on Hokusai's Great Wave (Fugaku36kei_ObjectTransition_tyFlow.max), helicopter hovering dust (03_Heli_Hovering.max) and a slit particle effect (No4_Slit_Partcle.max).
The roughly 3.7 MB zip contains the four .max files plus reference JPGs and is a free direct download with no login, limited to personal learning use with no redistribution. Motion designers and VFX artists can open each file to see how the effect is wired up in tyFlow.
